ONLINE EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

How to Return your items:

Download a copy of our Returns form  and securely repackage your item.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your returned item/s to be received. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed. If your return does not meet our return policy you will be contacted by our Customer Care team.

Domestic Returns:

We are happy to offer returns/exchanges on any items for any reason within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund*, provided they are:

- In original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed and fit for resale, with original labels and swing tickets attached.

Earrings, socks and underwear cannot be returned for a refund or exchange for hygiene reasons.

Sale items can be returned for a refund* within 7 days of receiving the order, unless Final Sale.

Final sale items - Final sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

*All refunds exclude shipping cost.

International Returns:

Orders can be returned at customers own expense within 14 days from receiving the order. Please use a reliable and trackable return service, as Masons will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

Earrings, socks and underwear cannot be returned for a refund or exchange for hygiene reasons.

We are not able to accept International exchanges and instead encourage you to place a new order for your desired item and returning the original item for refund*.

*All refunds exclude shipping cost.

Local Pick Up:

Orders are also available for pick up via Masons Chadstone & Masons Flinders Lane.

Simply select the available location from the pick up options and complete checkout.

You will receive a notification via email once your order is ready for collection.

Please bring along a copy of your order number or invoice when coming to collect your order.

Want to pick up from a location thats not available? Simply contact us and we can arrange a specialised pick up service from your desired store.

Order Cancellations:

Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you wish to cancel or amend your items. Note: that once order has been dispatched we are not able to cancel or make amendments on your order.


Refunds:

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on your financial institution.

Please note -  once an item has been exchanged, it is no longer valid for a refund. Please choose the style/size you would like to exchange for carefully.
