ONLINE EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

Domestic Returns:

We are happy to offer free return on any full price items for any reason within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund*, provided they are:

- In original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed and fit for resale, with original labels and swing tickets attached.

Earrings, socks and underwear cannot be returned for a refund or exchange for hygiene reasons.

Sale items can be returned for a refund* within 7 days of receiving the order, unless Final Sale.

Final sale items - Final sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

*All refunds exclude shipping cost.

International Returns:

Orders can be returned at customers own expense within 14 days from receiving the order. Please use a reliable and trackable return service, as Masons will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

Earrings, socks and underwear cannot be returned for a refund or exchange for hygiene reasons.

We are not able to accept International exchanges and instead encourage you to place a new order for your desired item and returning the original item for refund*.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you wish to cancel or amend your items. Note: that once order has been dispatched we are not able to cancel or make amendments on your order.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS?

To request a return please contact our Customer Care with your order number and noting the item/s you wish to return, and the reason.

A member of our Customer Care team will be in touch with further instructions on how to return your item/s. If you need further assistance with your return please contact our Customer Care team via email online@masonsofficial.com and we will be happy to help.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your returned item/s to be received. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed. If your return does not meet our return policy you will be contacted by our Customer Care team.

REFUNDS

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on your financial institution.
